Refund Policy

1. Free Trial and Setup

Our primary service includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required and no setup fee. If you decide to cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.

Once you upgrade to a paid plan, billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

2. Final Approval and Delivery

Once the final setup is delivered and approved, and the assets are transferred to your ownership, no refunds will be issued for the setup fee.

3. Ongoing Growth Partnerships (Retainers)

For our optional ongoing management plans (Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, 12-Month), billing occurs at the beginning of each cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel, you will continue to receive the services through the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Disputed Charges

If you have any issues with a charge, we ask that you contact us directly at hello@threedaydigital.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and transparently.
