What does it cost?+
Three self-serve plans, all published: Business Hub $99 (the whole back office — invoicing, projects, files, records, Command Center; no AI phone line, no per-user pricing), Front Desk from $149 (the AI receptionist on its own number — 300 minutes included — 600, 1,000 or 2,000 a month if you need them; $329 at 1,000) and Front Desk Pro from $224 (Front Desk plus the entire Business Hub; $404 at 1,000 minutes). ⚡ Sidekick is included on every plan. Setup is $0 and it is month to month — or annual at 20% off with the White-Glove Launch free. Want it done for you? Concierge is $997/mo (Front Desk Pro with 2,000 minutes, set up, tuned and reported on by our team) plus a $1,500 one-time setup — or $9,970 a year with no setup fee. Concierge + Growth is $1,497/mo (Concierge plus a new website built and kept up to date by us, and 2 short video ads a month) plus a $2,500 one-time setup — or $14,970 a year with no setup fee. The only variable cost is the meter, stated on every card: extra minutes $0.35/min, disclosed up front with alerts before you get near it, and a premium AI model (GPT 5.5, GPT Realtime) adds $0.20–$0.45 a minute only on the calls it takes. Marketing — posts, video, scheduling and publishing — is now its own product, ThreeDay Social, from $15/mo with the same login. Done-for-you managed social runs $497–$1,497/mo as a separate service, and websites and custom software are quoted per project.
Why are prices in USD?+
We serve owners on both sides of the border, so everything is priced in one currency — USD — with no surprise conversions between plans, add-ons and builds. What you see is what you’re billed.
Are there contracts or hidden fees?+
None. Month-to-month, cancel anytime in a click. Self-serve signup is $0 setup — always. The only variable cost is voice overage at $0.35/min past your plan’s minutes.
What’s the White-Glove Launch?+
Our team builds your whole setup for you — number, call flows, greetings, calendar, CRM import, branding — and hands you the keys. $499 one-time, and free when you choose annual billing.
Does it make outbound calls too, or only answer them?+
Both, and out of the same bucket of minutes at the same rate — there is no separate outbound plan and no second bill. It calls people back, chases quotes and confirmations, runs follow-up campaigns from a list you import, and dials on a schedule you set. Inbound and outbound share one balance, so a busy week of callbacks simply draws on the minutes you already have.
What happens if I go over my voice minutes?+
Nothing breaks — your receptionist keeps answering. Extra minutes simply bill at $0.35/min — with alerts at 50%, 80% and 90% so it never surprises you. Running heavy every month? We’ll quote you a bigger pool.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel later?+
Anytime, from your own dashboard. Plans are month-to-month, changes apply right away, and cancelling never costs a fee — and you keep your number, your data and anything we built for you.

Can it text customers too?+
Yes. Two-way SMS lives right in your Conversations tab alongside email — send confirmations, follow-ups, review requests, even AI voice notes. Mass texting with daily-limit smarts is built in.
Can she make outbound calls?+
Yes. Besides answering, she calls people for you: she calls back missed calls, follows up new leads that haven’t booked, chases quotes, calls clients due for a recall and reminds them about overdue invoices. Pick a ready-made Workflow, switch it on, and it stops the moment they reply or book. She calls from your business number, on the same minutes, and every call is on your Calls page with its recording and summary.
Do I have to call her Riley?+
No. Riley is the name on our own line. Yours can have any name you like, in any of 300+ voices across 13 accents, and you can change her name, voice and greeting whenever you want in Agent Studio.
How is this different from Smith.ai or RingCentral?+
Smith.ai’s AI receptionist starts at $150/mo for 75 calls and bills $2.50 for each call past that; RingCentral’s starts at $49/mo for 100 minutes and bills $0.50 for each minute past that. Neither comes with a back office. What exactly is included in the platform?+
It depends on the plan. Business Hub ($99/mo) is the back office: Documents (invoices, payments, proposals and contracts with e-sign and pay links), Money reports, the Command Center, Client Projects and the File Vault, and Live Sheets. Front Desk ($149/mo) is the AI receptionist on its own number — 24/7 in 30+ languages, booking straight into your calendar with SMS confirmations, two-way texting, outbound calling and a booking page, with 300 minutes included. Front Desk Pro ($224/mo) is both together. Every plan includes Sidekick — team notes, to-dos, voice notes, a planner and whiteboards. Marketing (posts, video, reels and scheduling) is a separate product, ThreeDay Social, from $15/mo with the same login.
What is the ThreeDay Agent?+

What is Sidekick?+

I run multiple brands or client accounts — can I manage them all?+

What AI actually powers all this?+

I already have a website — is a revamp cheaper?+

Do you buy my domain? Who owns it?+
If you don’t have a domain, we register it in your name — you own it, always. The first year is included on Business and Flagship builds. Already have one? We connect it with zero downtime.
Who writes the words and finds the pictures?+
We do. Copywriting is included in every build — you talk, we write. Photos come from your business plus premium and AI-generated imagery that matches your brand.
Do you host and look after the site monthly?+
If you want. Care plans are optional: Care $99/mo (hosting, domain renewal, security, backups, 2 updates), Priority Care $199/mo (WhatsApp line, next-business-day changes, reports) and the Direct Line $399/mo (WhatsApp directly with the senior team, same-day changes, unlimited reasonable updates). No plan required — the site is yours either way.
How fast will my website be live?+
Days, not months. Launch sites go live in about 3 days, Business sites in about 5, Flagship builds in about a week — and you watch it take shape live instead of waiting for a big reveal.
Do you build apps and software too, or just websites?+
ThreeDay is a full software company. We’ve shipped our own products — Votera, Sidekick, ThreeDay Social, Paydesk — plus custom apps, portals, dashboards and AI systems for healthcare, construction, hospitality and politics. Custom Builds → are quoted per project and ship in days.
What do you need from me to start?+
