1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Three Day Digital ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Three Day Digital provides digital engineering services, including but not limited to AI voice agents, marketing automation, landing page development, and system management. Our "72-Hour Growth System" begins only after all required onboarding assets are submitted and the initial deposit is paid.
3. Payment Terms
All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. There is no setup fee. Monthly billing begins after you upgrade. Ad spend and CRM platform fees are billed directly to your account.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary brand assets, copy, and access to relevant accounts (e.g., ad accounts, domain registrars) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these assets will pause the 72-hour delivery guarantee.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment for the 72-Hour Launchpad, the client assumes 100% ownership of the delivered digital storefront, automations, and ad creatives. Three Day Digital retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless an NDA is explicitly signed prior to the project start.
6. Limitation of Liability
Three Day Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our systems. We do not guarantee specific financial results, lead volumes, or ROI, as these depend on various external factors including ad spend and market conditions.
